摘要
目的 :研究口腔鳞状细胞癌与癌旁上皮中的端粒酶活性与增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达的关系。方法 :应用人端粒酶RNA原位杂交法及免疫组化SP法对 6 4例鳞癌及 30例癌旁上皮进行检测。结果 :显示端粒酶活性阳性的 2 2例鳞癌和 2例癌旁上皮中PCNA阳性细胞密度为 16 5 .37± 2 .98,端粒酶阴性的 40例鳞癌和癌旁上皮中PC NA阳性细胞密度为 97.33± 2 .42。检验证实端粒酶活性阳性组与阴性组之间PCNA阳性细胞密度有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :端粒酶活性与PCNA阳性表达有关 ,表达端粒酶活性的细胞多处于高度增殖的状态。
Objective: To study the relationship between the activity of telomerase and the expression of proliferating cell nuclearnatigen of oral squamous cell carcinomas. Methods: 64 cases of squamous cell carcinomas and 30cases of epithelium immediately adjacent to carcinomas were detected by the in situ hybridization technique and immunohistochemical technique( S-P method ). Result: The activity of telomerase was detected in 22cases of squamous cell carcinomas and 2 cases of epithelium immediately adjacent to carcinomas. In the cases, the positive cell density of PCNA was165.37 ± 2.98. But only 97.33 ± 2.42 in telomerase negative group. The difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The activity of telomerase is related to the expression of PCNA. The cells which express the activity of telomerase are often in a proliferative state.
