摘要
本文以公共就业服务供给和需求为研究主线,以供求双方为研究对象,采用因子分析法提取定义变量,通过三个层级的观察变量逐层、逐步、逐一分析。得到就业服务条件还须进一步完善,就业服务政策需求度最高,就业服务内容有待创新等结论,并提出了针对公共就业服务的完善建议。本文在供求双方的视角下,不但明晰了失业人员的需求,也呈现了就业服务机构的供给现状,为达到公共就业服务有效供给,提高供给效率,提供了重要的参考依据。
This paper closely surrounds the research project that both supply and demand as research object, use factor analysis method extract and define variable, and through three hierarchy observation variable to analyze, step by step. The outcome show that employment service condition should be improved, the demand of employment service policy is the highest, and employment service content remains to be innovative. The analysis is in terms of both sides of supply and demand, so the demand of unemployment people is distinct, and the supply of employment service department is clear. It can provide important reference of effective and efficiency supply of PES.
