Study on systematic thinking mode of engineering program risk management

摘要 项目群是一类特殊的复杂系统,其风险管理中的互动关系更为复杂。目前工程项目群风险管理的思维模式是以惯性思维、经验思维和定式思维为主的分割式思维,对复杂问题的分析与观察角度单一,缺乏系统的规划。在分析了工程项目群风险管理分割式思维模式局限性的基础上,引入复杂科学管理系统思维模式,构建了工程项目群风险管理的系统思维模式,并对该模式的应用作了详细分析。结果表明,该模式的应用可为全面、系统地进行工程项目群风险管理提供保障。 Program group is a kind of specific complex system, and the interactions are more complicated in risk management of projects. With the disadvantages of single analysis and observation angle, coupled with lack of systematic planning, the think- ing mode towards risk management of program group belongs to partitioned thinking mainly based on inertial thinking, empirical thinking and fixed thinking. The mode of complex program group risk management is introduced, the systematic thinking mode is constructed, and its application is elaborated as well after the analysis of limitations of the thinking mode. The result shows that the application of the mode can provide guarantee for carrying out program risk management systematically and comprehensively.
