摘要
目的:研究西梅汁对自然衰老小鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法:选用老龄小鼠作为自然衰老模型,按体重和血中MDA水平随机分为1个老龄模型组和3个西梅汁剂量组。灌胃45d后,对各实验组的血中MDA含量、SOD活性和GSH-Px酶活性进行测定及比较。结果:西梅汁可显著降低血液中MDA的含量,提高SOD和GSH-Px酶活性。结论:摄入适量的西梅汁能有效增强老龄小鼠体内的抗氧化能力,有助于延缓小鼠的自然衰老。
Objective.The influence of prune juice on the antioxidantive capability for natural aging mice was studied. Methods:The aging mice were divided stochasticly into 4 groups, one aging model group and 3 prune doses groups according to their weights and MDA levels. After 45 days intragastric administration with prune, serum contents of MDA, SOD and GSH-Px activity were determined and compared between model group and each groups tested. Results: Prune juice can reduce the contents of MDA in the blood sigrdficandy and increase the SOD and GSH-Px activity. Con- dusion:Adequate intake of prune juice can improve the antioxidantive capacity of aging mice effectively and delay the natural aging of mice.
