摘要
目前,我国高校图书馆没有发挥其应有的区域智库功能,很少真正走出校园为地方企业开展全方位的信息服务,其信息服务社会化尚处于初级阶段。高校图书馆与地方企业开展信息合作可以有效弥补企业信息资源缺失,减少企业不必要的信息开支,降低信息获取成本,同时也可以提高信息资源的利用率。高校图书馆应与企业在相互定位的基础上建立长效合作伙伴关系,与院系合作,改变与区域企业的弱耦合关系,同时地方政府也应积极推动区域内高校图书馆与企业之间的合作。
Nowadays, university libraries in China don＇t play their roles in the regional think tank properly, and seldom develop all directional information services out of campus for regional enterprises. The socialization of information services is still in primary stage. Through developing information services with regional enterprises, university libraries could make up deficiencies of enterprise information resources efficiently, reduce unnecessary information expenses, reduce the cost of the information acquisition, and meanwhile increase the utilization rate of information resources. University libraries should establish a long lasting partnership with enterprises based on the mutual localization, and work together with faculties of the university in order to change the weak coupling with regional enterprises. Furthermore, the local government should promote the cooperation between university libraries and enterprises in the region.
