摘要
目的探讨前列腺切除术后感染的危险因素,总结护理经验。方法回顾性分析706例前列腺切除术患者,统计患者年龄、手术时间、导尿管留置时间及感染部位,分析相关因素。结果 706例患者中发生感染24例,感染率3.42%;手术时间、导尿管留置时间以及是否患有基础疾病为感染的危险因素;术后感染部位以泌尿道感染为主,14例占58.33%。结论应加强围术期护理干预,规范手术操作以降低术后感染。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors for infections after the transurethral resection of prostate so as to summarize the nursing experience. METHODS A total of 706 patients who underwent prostatectomy were retrospectively analyzed, the age, operation duration, catheterization indwelling duration, and infection sites were statistically analyzed to explore the related factors. RESULTS Of 706 cases of patients, the infections occurred in 24 cases with the infection rate of 3.42%. The operation duration, catheterization indwelling,and the underlying diseases were the risk factors for the infections; there were 14 （58.33 %） cases of patients with the urinary tract infections,which were dominant in the sites with infections. CONCLUSION It is necessary to strengthen the perioperative nursing interventions and standardize the operation procedures so as to reduce the incidence of the postoperative infections.
