摘要
工程中通常采用规范查表的方法来确定混凝土基础容许温差,但在高寒地区强约束区依照查表方法得到的夏季容许最高温度较低,实践中难以实现。针对高寒地区强约束区混凝土稳定温度低、夏季浇筑温度高的特点,分别采用按规范公式估算方法和仿真计算方法计算了高寒地区强约束区大体积混凝土基础容许温差。结果表明,在考虑混凝土徐变、早期温升预压应力、块体浇筑计划、混凝土自重等因素后,仿真计算方法可给出更为合理、更易实现的混凝土基础容许温差。
In a particular program, the calculation of allowable maximum temperature (namely the summation be- tween the concrete equilibrium temperature and allowable range of temperature) commonly abides by the specifications for construction. However, in term of concrete dam construction in paramos, the allowable temperature difference in summer obtained by this method is relatively low, which makes it unpractical for application. This paper analyzes allowable tem- perature difference within the mass concrete foundation base by means of formula estimating and finite element simulation, respectively. It is illustrated that under fully consideration of concrete creep, compressive pre--stress, concrete gravity and concrete placing plan, the simulation analysis method can provide a more rational range of temperature reference value for the concrete foundation base.
