摘要
以露地不防寒和温室中的越橘品种蓝丰、伯克利、M7、北村、北青的枝条和花芽为试材,通过枝条和花芽自由水、束缚水及枝条电导率的测定,鉴定越冬期间受伤害的程度。结果表明,不同品种露地越冬植株枝条的自由水、束缚水均低于温室内植株;2011年露地越冬植株相对电导率显著高于温室内植株,而2010年二者则无显著差异。可见,露地越冬枝条和花芽失水是越橘越冬伤害的主要原因。有的年份冬季低温造成枝条冻害是越橘越冬伤害的重要原因。
It was proposed that identification chilling injury mechanism of blueberry by measuring free water, bound water and electrical conductivity in branches and flower buds in this paper. Bluecrop, Berkeley, M7, Northcountry and Northblue which grown in open ground and greenhouse were used to be the samples. It showed that free water and bound water in branches grown in open ground are lower than those in greenhouse between the same varieties. Relative electrical conductivity of the plants in open ground was significantly higher than that in greenhouse in 2011, while the difference was few in 2010. The results indicateed that water loss of branches and flower buds was the main reason for chilling injury, and low temperature was one of important reasons in some years.
