摘要
选取自然资源禀赋条件、科研创新能力、产业基础水平、市场需求潜力、政策保障力度五个维度的十项指标建立地方战略性新兴产业选择评价指标体系,以熵值法计算各项指标权重,构建基于灰度关联理论的地方战略性新兴产业选择评价模型,实证测算我国新能源汽车产业地方选择耦合度。培育新能源汽车产业,要将产业发展条件与现实基础的耦合情况作为产业选择的根本出发点,站在国家层面进行合理布局,并充分利用产业链的纵深度。
Select 11 indexes of 5 dimensions: natural resource conditions, R&D ability, industry basement, latent market requirement and policy support, establish regional strategic emerging industry selection evaluation system, calculate index weight by IE method, construct regional strategic emerging industry selection evaluation model based on grey correlation theory, empirical study China regional new energy auto industry selection coupling degree. To cultivate new energy automotive industry, we should take the coupling conditions for the development of industry and the realistic foundation as the industry choice of the fundamental starting point, layout rationally stand at the national level, and make full use of the depth of the industrial chain.
