摘要
利用RAPD标记技术对鹅掌楸属 (LiriodendronL .) 2个现存种鹅掌楸〔Liriodendronchinense (Hemsl.)Sarg.〕和北美鹅掌楸 (LiriodendrontulipiferaLinn .)的遗传多样性进行分析 ,结果表明 :2个种都有较高的遗传多样性 ,但北美鹅掌楸的遗传多样性水平高于鹅掌楸 ;鹅掌楸的遗传变异主要来自地理种源内 ,而北美鹅掌楸的遗传变异主要来自地理种源间 ;与美国密苏里和路易斯安娜的北美鹅掌楸相比 ,鹅掌楸的遗传距离更接近于南卡罗来那。
Comparison of genetic diversity of the two living species of \%Liriodendron \%L. 〔\%Liriodendron chinense \%(Hemsl.) Sarg. and \%L. tulipifera \%Linn.〕 was conducted by means of RAPD markers. The results indicated that both species maintain a relatively high genetic diversity, the genetic variation level in \%L. tulipifera \%is higher than that in \%L. chinense, \%the diversity of the latter mainly exists within the provenance while that of the former mainly exists among the provenances. \%L. chinense \%is more close to the provenances of \%L. tulipifera \%in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia than those in Missouri and Louisiana of USA in genetic distance.
