血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与2型糖尿病周围神经病变的关系 被引量:5

摘要 为探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的关系,选择DPN组患者72例,非DPN(NDPN)组44例,健康对照(NC)组30例,空腹采血测Hcy、血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1c)等。结果显示Hcy水平DPN组及NDPN组明显高于NC组,DPN组较NDPN组升高,提示Hcy水平与DPN相关,高Hcy血症是DPN的重要危险因素,HBA1c及病程是其独立危险因素。 To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine (Hcy) level and type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). The study subjects included 3 groups: control group (NC), T2DM with DPN (DPN) and T2DM without PDN(NDPN). All participants were evaluated for plasma Hcy levels, fasting plasma glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),et al. Plasma homocysteine levels were significantly higher in patients with DPN than NDPN and controls. The level of homocysteine is associated with DPN. Hyperhomocysteinemia is a risk factor for DPN in type 2 diabetic patients. The duration of diabetes, the levels of HbA1c are also associated with DPN.
