摘要
漏磁无损检测是目前输油管道常用的安全检测方法,然而其检测数据庞大,必须要对数据进行压缩。介绍了一种基于字典存储技术的LZW(Lempel Ziv Welch)无损压缩算法,设计了一个基于FPGA和LZW压缩技术的管道漏磁数据无损压缩系统。通过调用FPGA仿真软件ModelSim对采集而来的漏磁数据进行压缩仿真,得到了较高的压缩效率,从而大大节省了存储器资源,降低了经济成本。
Magnetic flux leakage testing is used widely in the oil pipeline nondestructive testing(NDT), howev- er, the testing data must compressed because it is very large. This paper introduces a lossless compression named Lempel Ziv Welch (LZW) which is based on string table stores, and a magnetic flux leakage data loss- less compression system was designed which is based on FPGA and LZW. To use the ModelSim to simulate the acquired MFL data, which has got a very high compression efficiency, therefore, the memory resource is greatly saved and the economic cost is also reduced.
