In order to know what are the differences of the seedlings of different generations from successive tissue culture of Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) from three different origination clones, the plantations for cutting graft and for wood were respectively constructed by the seedlings of different generations (from 1 to 12) from successive tissue culture. The results showed that there were all extremely significant differences on tree growth of the plantation for wood and on graft yield of the plantation for cutting graft among different generations. The 8th and 9th generations are the best ones.
