为培养具有创新意识、适应21世纪需要的高素质护理人才,在护理学基础实践教学过程中,注重学生实践能力与综合素质的培养,优化教学环节,改革教学方法。对教学过程中的各个要素进行优化整合,极大地增强了学生的自我学习、自我管理能力和创新能力,提高了实践课的教学效率和效果。
