摘要
                
                    资源枯竭是资源型城市发展的必然过程,转型发展也是资源型城市再生的必然路径,而随着国内外城市体育营销的兴起,引发了人们对城市转型与体育营销的思考。以黄石市城市体育营销为个案,对黄石市城市体育营销的时代背景、实施战略、经验启示和存在问题进行分析,提出了资源型城市应结合城市定位,理性选择城市体育营销;制定整体战略规划,有计划、有步骤地进行;发掘城市资源,整合利用,打造城市体育品牌;注重提高营销能力;城市体育营销要致力于优化城市内生发展等策略。
                
                Resource exhaustion is inevitable in the development of resource-based cities, and transition is a must for such cities to be revived. With the popularization of city sports marketing both at home and abroad, city transi- tion and sports marketing have attracted the people' s attention. This paper took Huangshi as an example in analyz- ing the time, strategic measures, experiences and problems in sports marketing, and proposed that resource-based cities should choose sports marketing reasonably with consideration of its location, all-round planning, brand mak- ing and marketing ability.
