摘要
采用二元叠加配合比设计方法配制强度等级为CF40—CF60的钢纤维混凝土,测试了钢纤维混凝土拌合物的坍落度,并观察了拌合物的和易性和黏聚性.试验结果表明:钢纤维混凝土拌合物的坍落度呈现出随钢纤维体积分数增大而降低、随纤维裹浆厚度增加而提高的变化规律;其工作性能良好,满足流动性混凝土的浇筑要求.
Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) in strength grades from CF40 to CF60 was made up by the binary superposition mix design method. The slump of the SFRC mixture was measured, and the workability and cohesiveness of the mixture were observed by the test. The results showed that the slump of SFRC mixture decreased with the increase of volume fraction of steel fiber, and increased with the increase of thickness of steel fiber wrapped slurry; the working performance of SFRC mixture was so good enough to satisfy the casting requirement of pasty concrete.
