摘要
为了提高转炉废钢比,降低铁水消耗,以转炉炼钢物料平衡和热平衡为理论依据,通过减少入炉铁水、增加冷料,计算出以焦炭为辅助热源的钢铁料新配比。通过试验证明,在该配比下转炉冶炼顺行,成功降低了铁水消耗。
In order to increase scrap ratio and reduce hot metal consumption in the converter, in theo- retical principle of material balance and heat balance in converter steel-making, new ratio for iron and steel material with coke as auxilia^2~ heat source was calculated by reducing charged hot metal and in- creasing cold scrap. The trail proved that converter smelting could proceed smoothly with such ratio and hot metal consumption was reduced successfully.
