一个新的DNA计算的图表示

A New Graphical Representation of DNA Sequences

摘要 DAN计算是新兴的一种智能计算方法,二维平面中建立合适的图表示方法对研究DNA序列有重要作用。通过修改碱基序列的向量表示,给出了一个新的DNA序列的图表示方法,并运用代数方法,证明了该图表示方法的退化度至少可达1/m^(4)+m^(3)-m^(2)-m-1。仿真实验表明,给出的图表示对区分不同基因序列有效。 DNA computing is a novel intelligent calculation.It is important to represent the four nucleic acid bases in DNA sequences in 2-D Cartesian coordinate system.A new vector ex-pression of the four nucleic acid bases is given in the 2-D system.The degradation is proved to be 1/m^(4)+m^(3)-m^(2)-m-1 at least.The experiments show that the differences 0f DNA sequences are completely reflected in the system.
