摘要
提出了土地开发整理规划实施评价的概念,分析了土地开发整理规划实施评价的主要内容,确立了土地开发整理规划实施评价指标选取的原则。从规划目标实现程度评价、规划实施过程与措施评价、规划实施效益评价三个方面构建了土地开发整理规划实施评价的指标体系。
The paper puts forward the original concept of implementation evaluation of land de- velopment and consolidation, analyzes its main contents, and establishes the selection principle of its indices. The evaluation indicator system of the planning implementation of land develop- ment and consolidation has been designed in terms of the following three aspects ： the degree of goal attainment of the planning, the process and measures of the planning implementation, and the benefits of planning implementation.
