摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,初步构建民族传统体育专业散打学生基本技能培养模式。研究表明:民族传统体育专业散打学生基本技能培养模式是由培养目标及内涵、培养途径和评价指标体系共同构成的相对独立的完整系统;其中培养目标是由专项运动技能、教学技能、训练技能、竞赛组织和裁判技能、科研技能构成的完整系统;其培养途径是由课内课外、校内校外相结合的"一体化"培养路径,并在此基础上建立了相对完整的评价指标体系。
Using the research method of documents, questionnaire, and expert interview, this study initially estab- lish the basic skills training model of the traditional sports major. The result of the study shows : the training model of traditional sports is a comparatively independent system with training target, training approach, and evaluation index system. The training target of.basic skills is a comparatively independent system with specific motor skills, teaching skills, training skills, competition organizational and referees skills and scientific research skills. The training approach is from inside and outside class and school. Based on the above findings, this paper constructs the corresponding evaluation standards.
