中药复方干预抑郁症对5-HT_(2A)R的影响 被引量:7

摘要 5-羟色胺是重要的内在情绪调节物质,脑内5-羟色胺合成减少,是抑郁症发病的机制之一。5-羟色胺2A受体(5-HT2AR)在中枢神经主要分布于大脑皮质,大量研究证实:5-HT2AR功能上调是引起抑郁症发病的重要机制。慢性不可预见性应激模型是成功地建立了模拟人类抑郁症的第一个应激模型,该模型能复制出人类抑郁症的核心症状即快感缺失,最接近人类抑郁症发病的基本病理生理改变。因此该模型已成为国外研究脑内5-羟色胺及受体改变主要模型,在国内已经利用该模型观察中药复方干预抑郁症的研究,初步证明有些中药复方能下调大脑内5-HT2AR功能,增加5-羟色胺含量而起到抗抑郁的作用。 5-HT is an important substance, which plays a crucial role in adjusting mood. The decreasing of composition of 5-HT2AR is the main cause of depression. 5-HT2AR mainly distributes in the cerebral cortex. Many researches have proved that the raised funtion of 5-HT2AR is the main cause of the depressive illness. CUMS is the first model that imitates the human depression, which can copy the core symptoms, namely anhedonia, closely similar to the fundamental pathological physiology change of human beings. That is why the model has become the main one to study 5-HT home and abroad. Many researches have been adopted to observe TCM compound intervention depression in China, and prove that traditional Chinese medicine compound can adjust the function of 5-HT2AR, increase it's content and resist the depression.
