摘要
实验员利用实验准备环节协同培训小组先从准备无机化学实验开始,分层次培养学生实验技能,能提高学生实验素质,加强实验课的教学效果,解决实验员人力不足的问题,整合并提高了实验室效益。
Laboratory Technician cooperate with training group to start preparing for the inorganic chemistry experi-ment by experimental preparation, educating student＇s experimental skill by level of training, improving the student＇s ex-perimental quality and strengthening the effect of teaching experiment, solving the problem for the manpower shortage, so that we can integrate and improve the general efficiency of the laboratory.
