摘要
以铝合金锥壳体为研究对象,首先介绍了铝合金的优点和发展情况,然后对零件进行了工艺分析,提出了两种方案,最终得出了优化的工艺方案。根据该方案设计了挤压件图,确定了坯料的尺寸以及变形工序和设备。
Taking aluminum cone shell as study object, the advantages and development of aluminum alloy were introduced. Then the process of the parts was analyzed, and two schemes were advanced. And ultimately the optimized process scheme was obtained. According to the optimized scheme,the extrusion drawing was designed. The billet size, deformation processes and selection of the equipment were established.
