盐雾环境对超声冲击前后6005A铝合金焊接接头残余应力的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Salt Fog Environment on Residual Stress of 6005A Alloy Welded Joint Before and After Ultrasonic Impact

摘要 经超声冲击处理后的6005A铝合金焊接接头的焊缝区、热影响区的残余应力与未经超声冲击处理的试样各区相比均有所下降,由拉应力转变为压应力,且各区残余应力变化起伏更小。在盐雾环境中腐蚀不同时间后,未经超声冲击的焊接接头试样的残余应力基本保持为拉应力状态,而经超声冲击处理后的试样基本保持压应力状态。结果表明,超声冲击可以有效改善6005A焊接接头的抗应力腐蚀性能。 The residual stress of welding seam and heated affect zone of 6005A welding joint treated by ultrasonic impact was compared with the corresponding zone of welded joint which was not treated. After treated, the residual stress decreases and changes from tensile stress to compressive stress. After corrosion for different period in salt fog environment, the welded joint which was not treated kept tensile stress status and the welded joint which was not treated kept compressive stress status. The results show that the stress corrosion performance of 6005A welded joint could be improved by ultrasonic impact treatment.
