添加剂在加氢精制催化剂中作用的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 论述了添加剂在加氢精制催化剂中的作用,重点从添加剂的引入方式、作用效果及作用机理等方面阐述了第二助剂(如氟、硼、磷等)和络合剂(如柠檬酸、氮川三乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸等)对加氢精制催化剂的影响。添加剂的主要作用可总结为:减弱金属与载体之间的相互作用;促进金属组分在载体表面的分散;改进催化剂活性相的结构;增强催化剂的酸性;延迟钴镍的硫化,使钼优先硫化,有利于活性相的形成等。指出了在如何增强催化剂酸性及如何影响金属分散性方面还存在争议,最后提出了对添加剂的作用机理还需进行深入研究。 Secondary additives(such as fluorine, boron and phosphorus) and complexing agents (such as citric acid, nitrilotriacetic acid and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid) are main additives for hydrorefining catalysts. The effects of the two kinds of additives on the hydrorefining catalysts were introduced, and the way of the additives introduction, the effects and the action mechanism were discussed. The main roles of the additives could be concluded as follows: weakening the interaction between metals and supports, promoting the dispersion of metals on the surface of supports, improving the structure of the active phases of the catalysts and strengthening the acidity of the catalysts. However, it was still controversial how the additives enhanced catalyst acidity and affected the metal dispersion.
