肥厚性心肌病患者血清细胞黏合素C水平检测的临床意义
摘要
肥厚性心肌病（hypertrophic cardiomyopathy，HCM）的临床表现主要包括了左心室或右心室心肌肥厚，一般是非对称性肥厚，累及室间隔，导致左心室血液充盈受阻，舒张期顺应性下降，属于一种常染色体显性遗传性心脏病。该病的主要原因是肌小节发生基因突变[1]。
