滇池水体中微囊藻毒素的研究 被引量:2

Study on Microcystin Toxin in Dianchi Lake

摘要 研究发现滇池藻类以蓝藻为主 ,其数量在一年中的 4月最低 ,6月开始上升 ,在 8-1 0月达到最高。通过对藻类和滤液的不同浓度洗脱液的分析 ,在藻类和水体中都检出毒素峰 ,且集中在 50 %、60 %、 80 %的甲醇洗脱液中。藻毒素主要是MC -LR型 ,水体中的藻毒素来源于藻类的释放。 Blue-green alga is the main alga in the Dianchi Lake.Its amount reaches lowest in April,begins to rise in June and gets to its highest from August to October.By analyzing eluent of different concentrations of alga and filter liquid,we find that the toxin peak appears in both alga and water,mainly in the methanol eluents of 50%,60% and 80%.The alga toxin is mainly the type of MC-LR and comes from the release of algae.
