摘要
目的分析人性化护理模式在手术室患者中的应用效果。方法选取采用人性化护理的150例手术患者(观察组)与实施常规护理的150例手术患者(对照组)为研究对象。比较两组术前的生理、心理应激水平和护理质量的满意度。结果观察组术前30 min的焦虑、抑郁评分、心率、血压、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对各项护理项目的满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理模式可大大改善患者的各项综合要求,减轻患者的手术应激反应,提高护理质量,确保手术安全。
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing mode in operation room. Methods 150 cases of humanized nursing operation patients (observation group) and the implementation of 150 cases of routine nursing operation patients (control group) as the research object were selected. The physiological, psychological stress and satisfaction of nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results Depression score, heart rate, blood pressure, norepinephrine (NE), epinephrine (E) preoperative 30 min in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The nursing program satisfaction scores in the observation group were signifi cantly higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing model can greatly improve the comprehensive requirements of patients, relieve patients' operation stress reaction, improve nursing quality, and ensure the operation safety.
