摘要
肝癌动物模型的建立在肝癌研究过程中起着非常重要的作用,也是阐明肝癌发病机理的重要手段。本文旨在介绍目前肝癌动物模型的种类、应用和不同来源肝癌动物模型的选择及其局限性,并探讨构建理想的肝癌动物模型对临床肝癌诊治的意义。
A good animal model of hepatic carcinoma was the most important approach for the research of pathogenesis and mechanism of hepatic carcinoma. This article mainly reviewed the approaches to establish animal models of the hepatic carcinoma, as well as their applications and the limitations of different sources of animal model of hepatic carcinoma and in-vestigated the diagnostic and therapeutic significances of establishment of animal model of hepatic carcinoma.
