摘要
本工作利用灌流技术,观察了4种不同浓度的乙醇(0.5％、1％、2.5％、5％)对妊娠早期人工流产新鲜胎盘绒毛分泌人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)的影响。结果表明,乙醇对hCG分泌具有促进作用,并有剂量依赖关系。提示,乙醇可能破坏胎盘激素内分泌的平衡。
Using in vitro perfusion technique, a dose-dependent increase in hCG concentration in perfusionliquid was observed. following exposure of fresh placental chorionic villi after abortion to increasingdoses of ethanol (0.5%, 1%, 2.5, 5%). The results indicated that alcohol abuse during pregnancymay affect the growth and development of fetus through interfering hormone production fromplacenta.
