摘要
目的:比较国产与进口拉坦前列素治疗难治性青光眼的疗效。方法:对104例(114眼)难治性青光眼患者进行回顾性分析,将应用国产拉坦前列素治疗的68例(72眼)患者作为国产组;应用进口拉坦前列素治疗的36例(42眼)患者作为进口组。两组患者均在每日20:00时滴1滴滴眼液,疗程4周。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后1、2、4周眼压峰值及压差变化和副反应发生率。结果:两组患者治疗后眼压峰值及压差较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);组间比较,治疗后1、2、4周眼压峰值及压差差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。国产组出现眼部刺激症状3例(4.4%),进口组1例(2.8%),两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.213,P=0.645);国产组出现轻度结膜一过性充血8例(11.8%),进口组3例(8.3%),两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.204,P=0.652)。结论:国产拉坦前列素能安全、有效地降低难治性青光眼患者的眼压,与进口制剂疗效相似。
OBJECTIVE： To explore therapeutic efficacy of domestic latanoprost vs. imported latanoprost for refractory glaucoma. METHODS： 104 patients （114 eyes）with refractory glaucoma were analyzed retrospectively. 68 patients （72 eyes） treated with domestic latanoprost were considered as domestic group, and 36 patients （42 eyes） accepted imported latanoprost were regarded as imported group. Patients were given 1 drop of eye drops at 20.00 every day for 4 weeks. The peak value, difference of intraocular pressure and the incidence of side effects were compared between 2 groups before treatment 1, 2 and 4 weeks after treatment. RESULTS： The peak value and difference of intraocular pressure were significantly decreased after treatment in 2 groups （P〈0.05） ; there was no differences between 2 groups （P〉0.05）. There were 3 patients （4.4%） with ocular irritation in domestic group, and 1 patient in imported group （2.8%） , there was no difference between 2 groups（X^2=0.213, P=0.645）. 8 patients suffered from mild conjunctiva transient hyperemia in domestic group （11.8% ）, 3 patients in imported group （8.3%）, and there was no statistical significance between 2 groups（X^2=0.204,P=0.652）. CONCLUSIONS： Domestic latanoprost can decrease the intraocular pressure of patients with refractory glaucoma effectively and safely, and the efficacy of it is similar to imported one.
