A NEW METHOD FOR PULMONARY VASCULAR DYNAMIC STUDY IN VIVO

摘要 本文通过测定肺动、静脉压力与流量,由血流的质量方程计算了狗的肺血管容积变形及其力学性质。肺动脉最大容积变形为6.267ml左右,约占右心每搏输出量的53%,其压力-容积关系呈明显的滞后现象。肺动脉的平均顺应性为3.2744ml/kPa,呈周期性的变化,且于肺动脉压变化率趋于零时产生峰值。肺静脉的压力与容积之间无确切的关系。 The dynamic properties of the pulmonary vascular bed were studied by determinating pulmonaryvascular volume variations from mass equations of the pulmonary blood flow. The maximal volumevariation of pulmonary arterics was 6.267+0.5261 ml, about 53% that of the right ventricular strokevolume. The pressure-volume relations of pulmonary arteries manifested in hysteresis Loopswhich appeared nearly Linear in Loading or logarithmic in unloading. The pulmonary arterialcompliance, which averaged in 3.2744 ml/kPa, alterated periodically with changing of the changerate of pulmonary arterial pressure and the pulmonary arterial volume variation. The pulmonary arterialcompliance appeared in peake while the change rate of pulmonary arterial pressure tended to zero.But the volume and pressure of pulmonary veins scarely had ally identified relationship.
