叶面喷施生物醋液对桉树苗期营养及生长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]研究生物醋液对桉树幼苗生长和养分吸收的影响。[方法]通过设置不同浓度生物醋液,采用叶面喷施的方式,同时以0.5%尿素+0.3%磷酸二氢钠溶液和清水CK作为对照,分析喷施生物醋液后对桉树幼苗生长和养分吸收的影响,探索并研究生物醋液作为叶面肥在桉树苗木施肥中的应用效果。[结果]施用不同浓度生物醋液对桉树苗木生长和叶片养分吸收有显著影响,其中生物醋液喷施浓度在100~200 ml/L时,对苗木的生长具有良好的促进效果;低浓度的生物醋液喷施桉树幼苗能够增加叶片叶绿素含量,当浓度高于400 ml/L时,由于浓度过高,叶片造成"烧"伤,叶绿素含量降低;养分分析结果表明,生物醋液浓度在50~400 ml/L范围时,均能提高叶片N、P、K、Cu、Zn、B、Fe和Mg元素的含量,但对Ca和Mn元素影响不大。[结论]生物醋液作为叶面肥在桉树中应用时的最佳浓度范围为100~200 ml/L。 [Objective] To study the effects of biological vinegar liquid on seedling growth and nutrients adsorption of Eucalyptus.[Method] Foliage spraying experiments were conducted to study the effects of growth and nutrient absorption as well as that of fertilizer application on Eucalyptus seedlings by using biological vinegar liquid in different concentrations 0.5%CO(CH2)2+0.3% KH2PO4 and non-fertilizer were both treated as controlled groups).[Result] The results indicated that biological vinegar liquid in different concentrations showed significant influence on Eucalyptus seedling growth and leaf nutrient absorption,in which spraying concentration ranging from 100-200 ml/L was suitable for growth.Leaf chlorophyll content was significantly increased by low foliar spraying concentration of biological vinegar liquid while decreased by high concentration due to the leaf injuries.Nutrient analysis results also showed that foliar application of 50-400 ml/L contributed to the improvement of element amount in N,P,K,B,Zn,Cu,Fe and Mg,while there was less effect on which in Ca and Mn.[Conclusion] Spraying concentration of biological vinegar liquid ranged from 100-200 ml/L,indicating the optimal concentration in Eucalyptus seedling foliar application.
