摘要
本文详细介绍了PLC技术在煤矿井下采区皮带机集控系统中的设计应用,并以翟镇矿井下采区7201矸石回填皮带机集控系统为例,详细阐述了其系统组成、系统结构、系统功能和系统在生产中的优点等。这一技术的应用能实现煤矿井下采区皮带运输系统现场岗位的无人值守,从而达到减人增效、提高矿井安全程度的目的。
This paper introduce the design and application of the PLC technology in underground coal mine belt conveyor system,and take zhai＇s mining coal 7201 backfilling belt conveyor control system as an example,detailed expounds the advantagesof its system composition, system structure, system function and system in the production ete.The application of this technique can achieve the goal of the post unattend- ed of mining coal mine belt transport system , so as to improve the efficiency, and the purpose of mine safety degree.
