摘要 介绍自行研制的平面二维搅拌摩擦焊接设备的组成、功能和主要技术指标。该设备集成了旋转轴n×360°无限制回转、旋转轴传动采用TOP型二次包络环面涡轮蜗杆传动、搅拌头无匙孔焊接、回抽轴电伺服位置控制等先进技术,实现了平面二维曲线焊接功能,回抽效果更加精确,克服了以往国内外摩擦焊接设备普遍采用的液压回抽造成的设备和产品漏油污染问题,充分保证了产品的焊接质量和美观。 The composition, functions and main technical indicators of the self-developed two-dimensional stir friction welding e- quipment were introduced. In the device, rotation axis n × 360° unlimited rotation, TOP secondary enveloping toroidal worm drive used in rotation of the drive shaft, mixing head no-keyhole welding, electric servo position control on withdrawing axis and other advanced technologies were used to achieve flat two-dimensional curve welding function. Withdrawing effect is more precise. The equipment and products pollution problem caused by withdrawing of hydraulic friction welding equipment at home and abroad is overcome. The welding quality and beauty are guaranteed.
