摘要
分数槽绕组在永磁同步电机中的应用日益广泛。本文介绍了在永磁同步电机设计中采用分数槽绕组的优点,并以中小功率领域应用较多的9槽8极、9槽10极永磁同步电机为例,阐述不平衡磁拉力的形成原因及对电机整体性能特别是振动和噪声的影响。推导出了永磁同步电机不平衡磁拉力的数值计算方法,并对具体案例进行了有限元仿真分析。最后给出了抑制永磁同步电机不平衡磁拉力的具体措施。
The fractional-slot winding has been widely used in permanent magnet synchronous machine. Ad- vantages of permanent magnet synchronous machine with fraction-slot winding were introduced. Making sam- ples of 9 slot-8 pole and 9 slot-10 pole, which structures of PMSM that were broadly applied in small and medium-sized power field. It elaborated causes of unilateral magnetic force and its influences on overall per- formance of the machine were elaborated. The numerical computation method of unilateral magnetic force was deduced, at the same time, finite element simulation showed results of magnet field analysis accordingly. Finally, it gave out specific measures on suppressing the unilateral magnetic force of the permanent magnet synchronous machine.
