摘要
钻孔是钳工的一项基本操作技能,在机械加工中占据着不可替代的地位。为了达到钳工实习实训中钻孔精度,通常使用钻头刃磨、划线位置找正、钻孔位置找正、切削液的选择等行之有效的方法来进行保证。本文通过对以上四种方法的进行解析,可以让学习者更好的了解和掌握它们,从而在实际生产中发挥最大的作用。
Drilling is one of the basic operation of fitter skills, plays an irreplaceable role in machining. In order to achieve the Fitter Practice drilling precision training, usually using drill grinding, crossed position alignment, the drilling position is, the choice of cutting fluid, to ensure effective. In this paper, through the analysis of the above four methods, allows learners to better understand and master them, play the biggest role which in the actual production.
