摘要
目的评价早期鼻型NK/T淋巴瘤放化疗和单纯放疗的效果及安全性。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、CBM、VIP、中国知网和万方数据库中关于早期鼻型NK/T淋巴瘤放化疗和单纯放疗的随机对照研究和病例对照研究。按照纳入标准选择文献,评价纳入研究的方法学质量后,采用Review manager 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入6个研究458例。Meta分析结果表明,放化疗组和单纯放疗组比较,总有效率[OR=0.86,95%CI(0.50,1.50)]、5年生存率[OR=1.21,95%CI(0.81,1.83)]和5年肿瘤无进展生存期[OR=0.97,95%CI(0.56,1.68)]的差异均无统计学意义。结论对早期鼻型NK/T淋巴瘤单纯放疗仍是目前主要治疗手段。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of combined chemotherapy and simple radiotherapy in treatment of early nasal form NK/T Lymphoma. Methods The randomised control trial and case-control study of combined chemotherapy and simple radiotherapy in treatment of early nasal form NK/T Lymphoman were searched in databases such as Cochrane Library, PubMed, CBM, VIP, CNKI and Wanfang Data. Investigative methodology quality was evaluated according to internalized standard in choosing literature, and Meta analysis with Review Manager 5.0 was performed at the same time. Results A total of 6 studies with 458 cases were included. Meta analysis results implied that the differences of total effective rate [ OR =0.86, 95% CI （0.50, 1.50） ], five year survival rate [ OR = 1.21, 95% CI （0.81,1.83） 1 and five year progression-free survival span [ OR =0.97, 95% CI （0.56,1.68）] in combined chemotherapy group were not statistically significant than those of in simple radiotherapy group. Conclusion Simple radiotherapy remains to be the preferred main method in treatment of early nasal form NK/T Lymphoma.
