摘要
医事法学专业是新生的法学专业。如何确定医事法学专业的知识体系。具有重要的理论意义与实践价值。本文对医学知识与法学知识两者的比例如何分割、框架如何确定、如何结合这三个基本问题进行了尝试性的分析，认为医学是医事法学专业的特色和基础，宜采取医学主导制的分配模式，并建议医学知识与法学知识的分配比例为6：4；同时，基于医事法学专业的特殊性，强调注重医学知识基本特性、宏观性、全面性和医学史的传授，并结合自身医疗法律实务经验，从医疗法规制定、医疗法律制度改革和医疗案件分析等方面提出了医学知识与法学知识结合的思考与建议。
Medical jurisprudence is a new major in law, therefore how to determine its professional knowledge system is of great significance and practical value. After making an tentative analysis on the following three problems, i.e. the proportion of medical .knowledge and jurisprudence knowledge, the framework of medical knowledge and jurisprudence knowledge, and the combination of medical knowledge and jurisprudence knowledge, the author thinks that since medicine is the characteristics and foundation of medical jurisprudence, we should adopt the distribution model of medicine leading system, and suggests that medical knowledge and jurisprudence knowledge distribution proportion should be 6：4. Meanwhile, because of the particularity of medical jurisprudence, the author emphasizes that we should pay attention to the basic characteristics, macrocosm, and comprehensiveness of medical knowledge and the teaching of medical history. On the basis of the author＇s own medical law practice experiences, some considerations and suggestions are proposed to combine the medical knowledge and jurisprudence knowledge from the perspectives of medical .regulations making, medical legal system reform, and medical cases analysis, etc..
