摘要
介绍了在OVJA1.6E-3WT双面电脑提花机上生产两色、三色、四色、六色双面电脑提花织物的反面小芝麻点的上三角排列情况以及正面布的最佳配置,指出:反面组织使用小芝麻点比使用大芝麻点对正面织物和图案的衬托效果要好。并以设计和生产六色双面提花织物"锦绣山河"图案为例,描述了六色双面提花织物的上机操作程序,为针织企业生产六色双面提花织物提供参考。
The paper introdnces the dial cam arrangements of two, three, four and six color double jacquard fabrics with back side of small bird＇s eye on OVJA1.6E-3WT double computer-based jacquard machine,and also presents the optimal arrangement of the face side. It concludes that employing back side with small bird＇s eye is better for producing the face side with more prominent pattern than using the back side with large bird＇s eye. And taking the design and production of the six-color double jacquard fabric ＂Beautiful Mountains and Rivers＂ as an example, it describes the detailed knitting technology,which can be reference for knitting enterprises to produce this kind of fabric.
