摘要
以枪钻为例 ,分析了深孔钻削时刀具的受力状况 ,给出了深孔钻的力学模型和求解方程 ,提出了一种测量和计算相结合求解切削力分量的方法。
This paper analyses the strength condition of the tool when drilling deep hole with gundrill. The mechanical model and evaluating equations of the deep hole drlling tool are described. A method of evaluating cutting components based on measurement and calculation is proposed.
