石灰质量检测及要点分析

摘要 生石灰作为我公司碱回收苛化工段的重要化工原料,其质量好坏直接影响苛化的效果。因为影响苛化反应的因素,除绿液质量、苛化温度、石灰用量、设备及操作等因素外,石灰质量是最重要的因素。石灰质量主要是指石灰的有效氧化钙含量、焙烧程度、反应活性及其他杂质含量等。
