摘要
当前,高等教育国际化已成为世界教育发展的主流,建立科学有效的高等教育国际化指标体系可以为高校的国际化发展起到引领作用。2009年,韩国教育开发院研究制定了一套旨在对大学国际化发展程度进行测量的指标体系,该体系涵盖目标战略、组织与预算、基础设施、教学、人员构成以及科研等核心项目,在权重分配方面兼顾了教学型和科研型两类学校。考察分析韩国高等教育国际化指标体系的制定过程与内容,对促进高等学校的国际化水平与质量有一定参考意义。
At present,the internationalization of higher education has become the mainstream of development of national education. To establish a scientific intemationalization index system of higher education plays a leading role of the escort for the international development of universities. In 2009,the Korean Educational Development Institute (KEDI) developed a index system to measure the degree of internationalization of universities, that includes six core indicators such as target strategy, organization and budget,infrastructure,learning programs,personnel composition and research,taking fully into account in the weight distribution of the two types of universities of teaching and research-based characteristics. To study making process and content of the internationalization index system of higher education in South Korea will improve the level and quality of the internationalization of higher education institutions.
