摘要
                
                    目的:检验工作惬意感问卷(Work-related Flow Inventory,WOLF)的信度与效度。方法:用WOLF先后施测了950名中国企业员工,对数据进行内部一致性信度、重测信度与组合信度分析、探索性因素分析与验证性因素分析。结果:WOLF包括专注、愉悦和内在动机三个因素;三因素结构的各项拟合指数均达到先定的标准;各因素的Cronbach’sα系数在0.70以上,重测信度在0.85以上,组合信度和方差析出量AVE值分别在0.80和0.50以上。结论:中文版WOLF的心理测量学指标比较理想,具有跨文化的适用性。
                
                Objective: To examine the reliabilities and validities of Chinese version of Work-related Flow Inventory (WOLF). Methods: 950 employees in China enterprises were selected and investigated. Results: Exploratory factor analy- sis showed there were three factors: absorption, work enjoyment and intrinsic work motivation in Chinese version of WOLF. Confirmatory factor analysis on the 3-factor model showed a good fit to the data. Cronbach's oL of the whole scale and its subscales were more than 0.70; Two weeks test-retest reliabilities were more than 0.85; Composite reliabilities and average variance extracted from variables were more than 0.80 and 0.50 respectively. Conclusion: With acceptable psychometric quality, the Chinese version of WOLF can be used to measure the flow experience at work of employees in China.
