摘要
"服务好、质量好、医德好,群众满意"的"三好一满意"是全国医疗卫生系统切实提高医疗服务质量,提升医疗卫生行业社会形象而开展的活动。本文通过无锡市第二人民医院运用精细化管理推进"三好一满意"活动的具体做法进行了探讨和介绍。
"Three Good and One Satisfaction",which contains "good service,good quality,good morality,and peoples' satisfaction",is a national project in healthcare industry aiming to elevate medical service quality and improve social status of medical care industry.This paper elaborates on the measures of Wuxi No.2 People’s Hospital in this project.
