摘要
针对现有纸纱复合制袋机不具备多色印刷功能的问题,本研究提出了一种新型纸纱复合制袋印刷一体机的设计方案。设计中充分考虑系统的功能要求和机械部分的配合要求,在改造原制袋机部分结构的基础上,设计加入柔性印刷设备,实现上料、制袋、印刷、干燥、裁切的一体化。控制系统以西门子PLC为控制中心,采用组态软件设计监控画面,实现了一体机的智能调节,使其生产线适应范围更广,满足了不同层次客户的要求。
Aiming at the demerits of existing paper and yarn compounding bag - making machine without multicolor printing function, a new design scheme of the paper and yam compounding bag - making and printing all-in-one machine was pro- posed. Fully considering the functional requirements of the system and coordinating requirements of the mechanical parts, based on transforming partial structures of the original bag - making machine, the flexible printing equipment was added. It realized integration of loading, bag - making, printing, drying, cutting and other operations. With Siemens PLC as the con- trol core and using the configuration software to develop control interface, intelligent adjustment for all-in-one machine was carried out, which will widen the scope of the production line, and satisfy the needs of different customers.
