摘要
目的:观察电针内关穴预处理对一次性力竭运动后大鼠心肌线粒体NO、游离Ca2+和ATP含量变化的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠40只随机分为4组:对照组(A组,n=10)、运动组(B组,n=10)、运动+电针非穴组(C组,n=10)及运动+电针内关组(D组,n=10)。C组和D组大鼠分别电针尾部和双上肢内关穴两周。2周后,后三组进行一次性力竭游泳运动。运动后即刻分别测定心肌线粒体NO、游离Ca2+和ATP含量。结果:D组指标与B组相比有统计学意义。结论:本研究结果显示,急性力竭运动可使心肌线粒体NO产生显著增多,游离Ca2+和ATP含量显著减少;电针内关穴预处理可降低力竭运动对线粒体功能的影响,减轻运动性心肌损伤。
Objective: To observe the effects of preccmditioning via electro-acupuncture at Neiguan on Heart Mi- tochondrial NO.Free Ca2+ and ATP in Exhaustive Swimming rats. Methods: 40 SD rats are divided into 4 groupsat random: control group(group A), exercise group(group B), exercise and electro-acupunctureTail group(group C), exercise and electro-acupuncture Neiguan group(group D). Group C andgroup D electro-acupuncture respectively Tail and Neiguan two weeks. After two weeks, last three groups were forced to have a one-time swimming until exhaustion.The rats' hearts were separated, and the content of NO, Ca2~ and ATP were measured. Results: The group D and group B have statistical significance. Conclusion: Ex- hausted exercise increased the content of NO,Ca2+and ATP significantly. Preconditioning via electro-acupuncture at Neiguan can reduce exhausted exercise's influence on heart mitochondrial, and reduce exercise-induced car- diac injury.
