摘要
随着科研不端行为的日益凸显,很多国家加强了科研诚信建设。本文分析了主要国家的科研诚信制度的四种主要模式,并研究了政府、科研机构、学术团体以及科学出版界等在科研诚信建设中的不同作用,最后对进一步完善我国的科研诚信体系提出了建议。
With the increasingly seriousness of scientific dishonesty, many countries take measures to strengthen their scientific integrity. This paper analyzes the four modes in which main countries stimulate their scientific integrity, and studies the responsibilities which government, research institutes and universities, research communities and publishing companies play in the scientific integrity. At last, this paper gives some instruction for enhancing China＇s scientific integrity.
