摘要
                
                    针对我国热带农业区香蕉秸秆粗大、含水率高、机械化处理设备少等问题,设计了组合圆盘式香蕉茎秆切碎机,确定了传动方案、传送装置、切碎装置等部件的主要结构参数。该机成功研制,能够大大降低劳动强度、提高生产效率和香蕉茎秆机械化处理水平,为热带农业区农民增加收益,同时防止环境污染,保护生态环境。
                
                Aiming at the present situation regarding the handling of the coarse banana straws with high moisture content have a few mechanization processing equipment and in the tropical agricultural areas of China, this project studies the combined disc type of banana straw shredder and determines the main structure parameters of the transmission scheme, conveyor and shredding mechanism. The success of the device can effectively reduce labor intensity and enhance the pro- duction efficiency and mechanization processing level of banana straws, at the same time the study can provent environ- mental contamination and protect the environment.
