摘要
研究了黄连复合药膜的最佳配比和缓释性能。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定复合药膜的缓释性能,SVPELCOSILTMLC-18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(47:53),十二烷基磺酸钠0.17%;检测波长254 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min。结果表明复合药膜可以在2.0 h内释放出绝大部分药物,与复合药膜黏附时间相当,3.0 h内药物基本释放完全。得出结论:黄连复合药膜具有良好的缓释性能,可延长药物作用时间,提高药效。
The optimum ratio of Coptis chinensis compound medicinal membrane and release performance were studied. The detection of compound medicinal membrane by HPLC SVPELCOSILTMLC-18 （250 minx4.6 mm, 5μm） column was used. The mobile phase was as follows： acetonitrile-KH2PO4 （47 ： 53）, 0.17% SDS was added. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. It was measured by an ultraviolet detector under 254 nm. The results showed the compound medicinal membrane could release out most medicine within 2.0 h, the attach time of membrane and medicine was well-balanced, the medicine completely released out in 3.0 h. The conclusion indicated that the Coptis chinensis compound medicinal membrane had well release performance. It could prolong the medicine dwell time and increased the efficiency of medicine.
